Aalii is a luxurious 42-story condominium completed in 2021 in Honolulu’s Ward Village, a 60-acre master-planned community in Kakaako. It embodies “Smarter Living,” promoting efficient use of space with creative furniture and encouraging residents to enjoy outdoor amenities such as shops, restaurants, beaches, and yoga classes. The complex consists of a main tower and a podium. The main tower has a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, while the podium primarily features studios and one-bedroom units.

Amenities include a penthouse sky deck with stunning city, ocean, and mountain views, multiple gyms, private lounges, a pool deck with cabanas and a children’s pool, BBQ grills, a play area, and a dog park. The Aalii app allows residents to reserve amenities. Parking is provided on the first seven floors, with each unit having at least one stall, and some two-bedroom units having two. Six elevators ensure efficient access to all units.

Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and Lauren Rottet, the units feature modern, sophisticated designs with built-in furniture, maximizing space. Kitchens and bathrooms include stone countertops, European porcelain tiles, and full-height cabinets.

With prices on the lower end for Ward Village, Aalii is a relatively affordable choice in a coveted Honolulu neighborhood.
