The vast majority of units are either 1 bedroom units with about 500 sqft of interior space and 120 sqft lanais or 2 bedroom units with about 1000 sqft of interior space and either 1 or 2 lanais totaling 240 sqft.
Most of the 1 bedroom units originally had the bedroom separated by shoji doors. Many have been subsequently renovated in a variety of ways, some taking out the doors and making them feel more like a studio.
All units have lanais.
