Waikiki Shore might have the best location of any condo in Waikiki, as it is the only condominium located right on the beach. Although it is short on amenities – who needs them when your right on the ocean – it has some of the lowest maintenance fees in Waikiki and has been well managed. It is also a rarity in that it is one of the only buildings that allows legal short-term vacation rentals in which every unit has a full kitchen. Great as an investment or a home.
